Lovely taste - good tomato flavour and a nice tang. Definitely would take some getting used to if you usually have full sugar supermarket ketchup, but it's great and has excellent clean ingredients.

It's not like any curry sauce I've tasted before but then I've probably never had proper curry sauce before. I'd say Wild & Cultured curry sauce is how it should taste. I like it very much and will buy it again.

My husband can’t get enough of it. I make the curry to go with the pickle! Highly recommend.

I love every Wild and Cultured condiment we have bought and we use at least two of them them daily . Hot’n’Honey remains my personal favourite. Its spiciness is enhanced by the honey and a makes for a perfect combination. We love it with gluten-free sausages, chicken, and we also use it with vegetarian curries. Being organic and gluten-free , we know this fermented condiment is good for our gut - but, like the rest of the range, is delicious and leaves the tastebuds satisfyingly tingling - yum!

Bought this (and several other sauces from Wild & Cultured) for my husband who loves brown sauce.. I was hoping that he’d love it as he doesn’t get much fermented food in his diet and he absolutely loves it!! He said it reminds him of the brown sauce taste from his childhood. He’s quickly ploughing through this bottle so it’ll not be long before I’m re-ordering!!
