Love this stuff. The fermentation really brings out the flavours of lemon and garlic. My primary reason for buying it was the friendly bacteria but I keep coming back for more because of the taste!

We love the frijoles.

We love the frijoles so much that I'll have to place another order - can't resist them! In the hot weather, we've eaten them with avocado to liven up our salads - so yummy and full of goodness .

Most delicious Houmous

I made my own Houmous for years, but due to digestive issues I wasn't able to tolerate raw garlic anymore. I was so excited to discover Wild & Cultured fermented Houmous and it tastes even better than I imagined! It is so delicious, so healthy and the taste is rich and tangy which I love. My biggest problem is stopping myself from eating half the jar as soon as I open it!
