I didn't know what to expect when I ordered a range of these sauces. I tried some of the Lemon Harissa sauce with one of my staple breakfasts - a three egg omelette with organic bell pepper and onions.
From the first taste of Harissa, I could tell this was something special. All the natural flavours and hot Moroccan spices danced around my mouth and tongue. Around 10 minutes after my omelette was finished, my lips were still tingling from the spices.
It felt satisfying to know that my body was benefitting from the good bacteria from the fermented, organic ingredients.
I've tried most of the range of the Wild & Cultured sauces and pickles, and ordered the rest to complete my sauce experience!
We made supper in less than 10 minutes using this sauce to pile on the flavor!
Couscous in beef stock for 5 minutes. Lamb steaks in a skillet, 2 minutes each side and rest.
Stir raisins through couscous.
Serve lamb over the couscous.
Finish with the harissa sauce to pile on the spicy flavor.
