Shipping policy

We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible in everything we do, so our packaging is paper based (including ice-packs and insulation) and fully recyclable or biodegradable in the case of the gel inside the ice-packs.

We send all orders on ice, using next day delivery services because our products are alive and must be kept cool.

We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receipt of order (usually we ship the following day).

We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

We do not ship on Fridays, this is as a precaution in case there is an issue with the delivery service which would cause the goods to be in transit for 72 hours plus from Friday to Monday.  Our products are alive and need to be kept cool, our packaging can keep them cool for 48 hours but not 72.

Orders under 2kg*: £6.50

Orders over 2kg*: £10

Orders over £40 ship for free.

*shipping weight includes 770g packaging and ice.
