Our products are alive and must be stored in the fridge below 5°C even before opening, or they may make a break for freedom!

Shelf Life

Ships with approximately 3 months best before, irrespective of whether it has been opened. It cannot 'go off' in the traditional sense as the pH is too low for pathogens to grow in it. It can however change taste and colour over time, particularly if it is not stored below 5°C.
