We love this piccalilli… it’s delicious and tangy and packed full of goodness for your gut. My two year old actually loves this – she asks for ‘lilli’… so that can only be a good thing!
I can’t get enough of this! It’s super tasty! I kind of like just eating it by itself but it’s great with salads, Spanish omelettes, almost any dish you can think of – very moreish.
Such a great idea! I can’t believe I haven’t come across a fermented piccalilli sooner. It makes so much sense. Tastes as good as any chutney I’ve ever had and yet it’s got the added bonus of actually doing you good!
